The 20 rooms at the Loom Hotel have been designed entirely differently with utmost attention to detail, reflecting a pinch of the creativity employed with our partner teams IDA and MANOFACT together, united under one cause.
We firmly believe in the interaction between form, colour, haptics and frequency and their impact on human perception and wellbeing; thus, we have combined different materials in different manners and created units which appeal to all senses in different ways. You, as a guest, will breathe life into our showrooms. Thank you!

Thanks to the contactless Smart Check-in, you will have absolute freedom in planning your arrival.
After booking and entering all your data into the online booking platform, you will receive the key/PIN with which you may directly head to your room on the 3rd floor of the building. That will also grant you access to all the other areas open to our guests.
On the arrival day, the room will be available from 3 pm; upon your departure, we kindly ask you to free the room before 11 am.
The reception is open every day from 7:30 am to 11.30 am and from 3 pm to 7 pm; at any other time, you can reach us on this number: +39 348 2866553.
If you want to check in without booking between 7 pm and 7:30 am, you may use our user-friendly check-in machine at the entrance. After you have entered all relevant data, you will receive the key/PIN to access the building and your room on the 3rd floor.
You can add breakfast for 12,00 €/person to your online room booking and enjoy a varied and delicious buffet of local products.
Breakfast is served every day from 7:30 am to 10 am in our breakfast area on the ground floor.
Our service does not contain a restaurant at the moment. You can find a list of nearby restaurants at the reception.
On request and if available, our guests can book a parking lot in our underground car park on the 1st basement floor.
Charge/day: 10,00 €
Currently, we charge a lodging tax of 1,20 €, which, according to law DPR 633/72, must be stated separately on the invoice and is passed on 100% by the hotel directly to the municipality of Bolzano.
All the products used on our premises are available in the shop at the reception.
